Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about merchandise.

I could spend less on bird food at another store but I intentionally shop here because of how helpful and attentive the staff is. I spend a fortune there (hungry birds) but it is well worth it.

Matthew, the sales associate, was very friendly. He guided me to the product I was looking for, explained the special pricing, and offered to carry the heavy bag to my car. He also reminded me that my membership had expired and took care of that. Matthew even brought out a book to show me a picture of a bird that is currently migrating through this area.

Matthew was the employee that helped me. So kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Terrific employee!!

I said "Hello Matthew" as I walked into the store. He immediately responded and called me by name. Yes, I am a frequent shopper but hadn't been in the store for over a week/maybe two or more weeks. When I was ready to check out, he had already brought up my account and kindly reminded me I had some bird bucks and asked if I wanted to use them for the purchase! I felt so welcome!

Ryan is a gem and is willing to haul all my seed to the basement for me. A great service being 70 years old.
