I miss the outdoor space of your previous location.

The people working here are always really nice and friendly. Sometimes it takes a while to get through on phone.

We were looking for suet ball for our feeder. The store had a couple of boxes, but we were looking for more to purchase.

Bright, cheerful store and staff that is friendly and quick to see how they can help you.

The only thing I was bummed about was not being able to find bird jelly, or specifically dried berries of some sort sold by themselves. Like peanuts. I know that there are birds in the Washington area that would likely visit for such items like Western Tanagers, the lone Oriole that seems to be quite elusive. Other than that I love this store and being able to support :)

A product was not available but would be in the store in about 2 weeks.

I shop in the GH store on Saturdays. I live in the Forest and go through a fair amount of bird products. There has been a gentleman at the register who chronically makes comment to how often I am there and how much U buy. It is not friendly banter. He also has sharp quips as to my selections. On the other hand there is a young female who is always extremely helpful and friendly. She pops out of the back with a big smile and goes back in once he starts. I love your store and had always found your staff to be fabulous. This I do not need however.
