I love the WBU store. The selection, of not only bird supplies, but the gift offerings are a real treat every time I go into the store. Things are well displayed and easy to look around for something I may not have thought I was looking for. Keep up doing what you’re doing because it’s working great. Parking at the new location has made it so much easier too.

I was looking for a bird bath but not one made of slippery material like glass. Being an ardent bird watcher and hobbyist for the past 25 years, I have learned by my own mistakes that most birds want a rough surface to bathe in so they won't drown. Large birds like Crows or Robins may use a slippery glass or plastic bath, but smaller song birds will not. They need a rough surface to be able to use their claws to avoid going under. I had a plastic outdoor pond once that 2 young wrens both drowned in because of the slippery plastic surface they could not get out and I found them floating on water drowned. It broke my heart from then on I learned they need a surface to get their claws into or a branch to get out. Thank you for this consideration

It is a great store with good variety of merchandise with good quality. Friendliness of employees is wonderful. Cleanliness of store is good. The only thing that is challenging are the high prices. I might shop more if the prices were down a little.

It's your receipt. I came in with $30 bird bucks and purchased a face mask that was discounted 30%. I can see the DSC2 code listed as $10 yet the discount was 58.82. Very, very confusing plus, your staff doesn't really understand it either.
