I called the Gig Harbor store to place my order. It was waiting for me when I arrived. I even had a few moments to chat with one of the owners, who was feeling quite upbeat during this very uncertain time for small businesses.

All of the staff members are so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I am pretty new to feeding and identifying birds and have learned a lot during my visits to the Gig Harbor store. Despite the extraordinary COVID-19 circumstances, my shopping experience was excellent. I love patronizing this business!

Thanks for online ordering option. It was great to be able to select and pay for our needed items and then just run in and pick them up !

During the virus business closing it was good to get their food without going online. The staff in Gig Harbor is always friendly and helpful.
