One item wasn't available but was due in on the day we were picking our order up. When we got there the item was in and we were able to take home our complete order. The manager called me to let me know that the one item was not available but might be in the next day which it was as mentioned above. The service we received when we picked up our items was excellent.

Very friendly service, and all items I wanted were in stock. I had a great conversation about keeping birds going in the cold weather ahead. The store employee was knowledgeable and helpful, and I saved $$$ on the hummingbird feeder heaters I purchased.

The product I came in for was not available so I had to buy a smaller size. Of course the cost was more buying a smaller size. So the clerk gave me a little discount

I love all the people that work in the Gig Harbor store. They know me by name and we always have fun when I come in. They’re super friendly and helpful.

Store merchandising is well organized and signage is good too. Store staff is knowledgeable and helpful without being overly so. Prices are a tad high but with a $10 coupon, it helped.
