The website is very easy to use. When I recently called the store about a question I had about finches, prior to making my seed order, the owner gave me a better understanding of the feeding cycle of goldfinches in terms of the time their eggs hatch. Sometimes the orders seem very well packed. However, this last order of 40 pounds of seed and a bird bath was packed in a cut-up Home Depot box, bulging at the seams. I assume this is due to the pandemic and a break in the supply line for better quality boxes. Please keep up the $75 offer with free shipping. Without the free shipping I would not order from Wild Birds Unlimited.

With the subscription discount the food is a really good price and I feel the quality is very high. The clerks are always friendly and helpful

The owner was extremely knowledgeable and asked excellent questions about the wild birds , my yard and landscaping, raptors and the birdfeed. Was really impressed with her.
