This was my third stop in a month. All the staff was so friendly and answered my numerous questions as a beginner and new to the area. They shared what to look after in my area and made it easy to start out. But I came back for a bigger stand and more seed within two weeks of my first visit. I have a list of stuff to add but I will start out slow and get to know the birds that come for the first two I bought. Each visit is very pleasant.

I was extremely pleased with the people and the product selection. The store has an amazing amount of specialty items too that I find interesting and relevant to me. I enjoy talking to the staff and always feel special and leave the store relaxed and joyful.

I just love this store so much. Everyone there is really friendly and knowledgeable. They all love birds too! The selection is great, and the staff is helpful if I ever have any questions.

I stock up on bird feeding supplies at the Gig Harbor store. Of course the quality of the products is excellent. Even though I usually place the order for my basic supplies online, I still go inside to browse through all of the very cool news things Keysia brings in--it's easy to find something special to bring home. Keysia, Heidi, and Daniel add extra value! They are unfailingly wonderful, knowledgeable, and passionate about birds and nature. We are so fortunate to have them in our community.

High quality birdseed blend. Feeding birds not previously seen in our neighborhood. Contributes to the urban oasis that is our yard in Seattle.

I am a long time customer. I know I could get some products cheaper at elsewhere, but it is worth a bit extra to me to have a fine store like this in our area.
