I had a question regarding my finch feeder not being visited by birds and the young man working informed me I was not alone in my concerns. I did experience this a few years ago so its not unusual that this happens now and then. He said to leave the seed another month then change with fresh seed.

Kyle is very knowledgeable and personable. He even recognizes me despite my face mask! I had an issue with a squirrel buster tube feeder which he repaired quickly and free of charge. We started chatting about feeding hummingbirds and, without being asked, supplied me with a sheet on making nectar and included a nectar change guideline. Nice touch. When I recently called the store, Barb answered. She remembered who I was from bird walks we took last fall and was very enthusiastic when I reported the sighting of a humming bird in my yard. It was great to share my amazement at seeing such a wonderful little bird with a fellow enthusiast. Shopping at this location is a treat and I always look forward to visiting.
