Website has logical categories making items easy to find. Various sizes/quantities easily chosen. Prompt assembling of order and then email/text to say order is ready. Nice lady at store brings majority of items to car and puts in trunk--so cheerful and helpful

Pleasant, helpful staff who answered the phone. That's why I bought the suet, too. Explained there may be variances with delivery but it arrived very quickly. Not over-packed like so many other goods. Addition of calendar -- very nice. Thank you.
