I've always found staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. One slight issue is that I bought a squirrel buster barrier which did not come with instructions. I was given some instruction in the store but it wasn't enough for me! I tried all the wrong ways to install the ______(forget what it's called) and was frustrated that I couldn't possibly install it as high up as recommended as it would then obstruct my squirrel buster feeder!

I only bought a pair of socks. I only go there when I need stuff so I don't know when I'll be back. It is my only bird store.

The store is well organized and I was able to find the products I required easily. Kyle (I think that was his name) was very friendly and helpful and assisted me to carry my items to my car.

Kyle is very knowledgeable about all things bird-related. He remembers us as customers and our past purchases. Always can find some good gift ideas.
