i have had problems with every bird feeder/bath products i have purchased within several weeks of purchase. This reflects poor quality of the product but I was accused by staff that it was my fault. I have spent a lot of money at this store. I should not have to be exposed to the type accusations that staff has expressed. Birding should be a worry/stress free undertaking but my blood pressure rises everytime i encounter a problem with the products i have purchased in this store.

I was very satisfied - i"m not likely to recommend the delivery service because I can't think of anyone I would recommend it to.

Thought I would track the delivery date. Checked the address in the delivery window - not my address. Tried to contact CanPar for two days - non-existant customer service. Does not look good on your store. Still waiting for a response.
