Went to purchase the bracelets for wildlife tracking and none were available of my choice!

You asked if you made me smile - you did - when we opened our $200.00 Ranchero Bird Feeder, it must have been a Monday build - the screws that are supposed to hold the flooring support bars were only installed on one side-). The holes on the outer border were drilled but the screws were not installed (nor were the actual support bars drilled) - I had to drill the supports myself and install my own construction screws (same ones that WBU uses). Don;t get me wrong - this is a really well designed feeder - it was just not completed before sending out - I do have photos if you would like to se them - I just wasn't going to travel another 45 minutes to have it replaced when I could fix it myself.

It was really difficult to navigate the site. I do most of my shopping online so I have a lot of experience navigating sites. I had to order 3 times before it actually went thru. Also difficult to find what I was looking. Eventually went with the hopper feeder but would have preferred a tube feeder no option for that. This is a Father’s Day gift so I hope the quality matches the price and worth all the hassle I went thru to order.

Ordered product last Tuesday called on Friday July 30 asking my order to find out that it’s not being delivered till next Friday the 6th of august hopefully I am very annoyed!

I ordered 6 bags of seed. Three were delivered and three are still somewhere 'in transit' according to Canpar. I have tried to contact Canpar by telephone and by live chat but am never able to get any response or call back to question where the rest of the order is or when it will be delivered. It has continually been reported as 'arrived at facility' and/or 'missorted'. The last time it 'arrived at the facility' was December 15, 2020. Today, as this is written, it is December 19, 2020.

I had spent enough money to receive a $10. BIRD BUCK . I was not able to redeem it because I needed to have my last receipt to be able to redeem it. I was not informed that I needed it ! I have done a lot of o line purchases I past due to the pandemic and this time I had to go into the store to get the 2 bracelets for the Fahlo save the elephants because they were not available at your store on line! So I went into your store. Then next purchase was for 2 bags 20 lbs each on separate Bill's because the clerk thought I only wanted 1 particular bag of seed when I wanted 2 different kinds of food. Then I mentioned that I should have a $10. Bird Buck. He said he couldn't see any because I had to have my last receipt for the 2 bracelets I had purchased previously. I said no one told me I had to keep receipt or else I could not redeem in store purchase. So now I have probably lost a few $10 bird bucks . Not happy at all with the way WBU does not disclose this information to the public . Will not renew my membership with WBU or shop there again unless this is rectified. I will find another business that sells Bird etc supplies.

The only reason that I won't likely be visiting the store again soon is because I won't be needing anything else anytime soon.
