Only because I was missing one item that I had to return to pick up Do love the night shirt though, great packaging on the part of that company and a good gift Hopefully I will return again if the bears have moved on to another lake Love your store

I was handed my purchase at the door. I asked if the gentleman would add a small item to it - a weather cover for the feeder. He said “you will have to phone in” and shut the door. I had driven from Runnymede and Bloor and wasn’t about to come that far again, but I didn’t want to make an issue so I left.

While the items were in stock, they are wildly over-priced! Also, the in-store votes should be N/A because due to Covid-19, I did not go into the shop. With regard to curbside pickup, the email saying that my order was ready should also have pointed out that store hours were reduced.

Ongoing heavy dust collection in the seed bag of no mess blend.

Overall I am highly satisfied with my experience at the store. The last time there I was just buying more seed and had no reason to ask for info. Therefore, I was just “in and out”.

Love the staff that really help and obviously love birds and know the products really well.

Did a big stock up so should be good for awhile. Just had a problem with bird bucks but associate said will be rectified soon.

Not all the product I wanted was in stock

I get no mess blend and notice a lot of fine dust in the blend

Wanted to find correct size bird seed catcher. They brought out a tape measure to check. Thanks great service above and beyond good people.
