I was handed my purchase at the door. I asked if the gentleman would add a small item to it - a weather cover for the feeder. He said “you will have to phone in” and shut the door. I had driven from Runnymede and Bloor and wasn’t about to come that far again, but I didn’t want to make an issue so I left.

While the items were in stock, they are wildly over-priced! Also, the in-store votes should be N/A because due to Covid-19, I did not go into the shop. With regard to curbside pickup, the email saying that my order was ready should also have pointed out that store hours were reduced.

Overall I am highly satisfied with my experience at the store. The last time there I was just buying more seed and had no reason to ask for info. Therefore, I was just “in and out”.
