Ifeveryone gets the same email, the fellow did not know the food that was listed in the email. I got the wrong food and the wrong cylinder food.

Bought a blue jay feeder last year (2019) as a birthday gift for my wife and immediately noticed it was not round when you put peanuts into it. I thought this was normal. However, this year my neighbours bought a blue jay feeder from you and I noticed it stays round after you put peanuts into it. We bought a hat for it so it wasn’t deformed by squirrels, it just cakes deformed. Even though it was from last year would it be possible to exchange it for a new one that isn’t deformed?

Was definitely highly satisfied overall. Had a problem with the order - charged twice for membership renewal for some reason and the other problem was my fault - products I had selected and thought were in the shopping cart and confirmation were not. But store staff were great at fixing the problem and patient.

It was a personal problem with the online registering. It was a personal problem in my registration. It was confusing with my email already in your database but no password so I had A bit of trouble registering. The ordering was easy one I sorted that out.

This is nothing against Wild Birds but rather this curbside delivery thing is not a shopping experience but rather a routine function now. You can't browse or chat. The people involved can be friendly and nice but the shopping experience is now mechanical rather than experiential. No reflection on Wild Birds again, just the broader context everywhere.

Could not reach the store for clear understanding on the stores policies. Discovered upon arrival that it was curb side only and had to call. This was a difficult task as the line just kept on ringing with no msg. Eventually got thru to pay and then was given the purchase at the door

The one problem I have with the online purchase is that I had to purchase a second membership to get the online discounts. I already have a membership that did not transfer to my online profile.
