I think that the price could be a bit better. I get it that it is a niche store but I think the bag of seed was a bit expensive

Said delivery on 13th of June; came on 14th. No big deal.

My initial telephone conversation with Wild Birds Unlimited and my on-line order was highly satisfying. But the shipping delivery delay made the shipping cost not very satisfying.

I got home from work and your box was on my porch. Unfortunately, Mr. Squirrel got to work before i got home and there was a big hole in the box and he had started to help himself to one of my seed cylinders!! I know....not sure what you could have done about it...still not sure how he could have smelled it thought the box.?? Anyway - everything else was great but that was my problem this time.

I use only NM Seed(purple bags) but the amount of "seed dust" that not only adds weight to an already premium priced seed, it gums up and clogs the feeders so quickly. It has gotten a lot worse the last year or so.

Customer service and availability of merchandise was great as usual. But - I bought a book which had recorded sounds of various birds but when I opened it at home some of the bird songs didn't work. I tried again another day and same problem. Three out of the twelve don't make any sound at all. I don't think it's a battery problem because the other bird songs are loud and clear. I can't find my sales receipt so I don't know if I can exchange the book.

Same product I purchased is cheaper at Urban Nature. But wild birds staff is more knowledgeable

My visit was pretty routine - for me "highly" represents more enthusiasm than I would associate with just running an errand, LOL.

Staff member was not quite sure of answer to my query

It was fine. Took a while to sort out how to sign up for the discount club previously.
