The quality of the products and the variety of products and feeders available is wonderful. Store is neat and organized and staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. The store is also easy to access and parking always available.

First of all I hate to shop period. I buy at this store every year and have little to complain about. I am satisfied. I suggest "highly satisfied" is somewhat redundant.

I was always highly satisfied when you delivered any size bird seed but since you stopped delivering large bags and I don't have a car forcing me to by only smaller bags I have to by large bags of bird seed from other stores. I might mention that I am 79 soon to be 80 years old.

You no longer deliver the large (20 Ilb ) bag so it costs me more to order smaller bags.

the only con is the price, great quality and selection. Wish I was closer to buy in-store only items! Love the updates and the sales. great feed.

I spent an hour navigating the on line ordering form. For my postal code it wanted a space between M5S 2M8. I was ordering on Sunday and the man on duty didn't know about this. My daughter finally figured that out. FRUSTRATING I also told the salesperson that if the food I was ordering would attract squirrels, they will destroy the lovely feeder I bought from you. Just started the new food today so hopefully he birds will love it and the squirrels NOT

I love getting new bird seed! It's great to have all sorts of varieties of seeds to put out for all the different species.
