Jim got my bag of peanuts quickly. the free calendar for 2019 is very nice.

We have been customer's of this location for many years and enjoy talking to the owners and their staff. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, even taking heavy seed bags out to your car.

Kyle was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and helped carry the bags of seed to my car.

Very friendly staff and great variety of products available. Have been a customer for several years. Appreciate their assistance in fixing my squirrel proof for free. I have a real problem with those little friends. I just renewed my club membership and got a nice coffee cup and calendar. Always enjoy going to your store.

Primarily the staff they are knowledgeable. I enjoy going in getting my goods and talking to sales rep Kyle he gives me tips which I have used to enjoy my backyard hobby. I also show him pictures of birds on my cell phone and he knows them all, also what to buy to attract more of them. The one disappointment is that for years I religiously buy the Pine Ridge Calendar Wings of Nature and the store doesn't carry it any longer. Also the fact that I'm a club member saves me a few bucks off the regular price and I'm sent emails when specials are coming I can live with the product price.

Convenient location. Great staff. Very knowledgeable staff with excellent local knowledge. Ease of parking and assistance with heavy bags.

Staff were patient with my questinons, and as always took the ime to explain various things. Over the years I have always found them to be a good source of information and great problem-solvers for my particular situation. They’re an excellent resource.

Items are pricey.

As seniors who back unto a forest, we love to feed the wild life but we also must stay within our budget. We don't mind paying a little more for your product and since we pass your Etobicoke store once a week, it is convenient.
