The store staff full time and part time are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The store is well stocked with all my needs.

I was referred to WBU by a client & was so pleased with the the items for feeding & attracting wild birds. I have since been back numerous times for feed, specialty bird feeders & weather guards. The staff is friendly, very helpful & honest about items that work and don't work for my particular situation - i.e. squirrels.

The location and availability of parking is very good. The store is well kept with excellent displays of products. The staff is very knowledgeable about birds and readily helps with identification questions.

Very kind people work at this store and they help you. The suet is high quality and Canadian made and produced. The savings club is good.
