I'm a long time customer & they acknowledged that by knowing exactly what see I needed. As able to discuss me the sightings in the area of the Evening Grosbeak which I had asked questions about. Assisted by carrying out the bird seed bag that I bought.

Friendly Greeting; promptly asked if they could be of help; asked if I'd found everything; located an item I was interested in for me promptly; were educated on the product in question and presented three options; educated on item usage and on item price; checked my membership data and updated it; presented me with discount and with rebate coupon for next purchase; cashed me out quickly and then offered to help carry my items out to the car. Excellent Service!

As always find the staff friendly. They are highly knowledgeable about the birds we are likely to see in the area. Will also try to help identify any new bird we have seen, but have been unable to find out ourselves what it might be. Also make knowledgeable recommendations re the type of food best utilized for the birds in our area.

I always am and today they had live birds of prey in the store for educational reasons.

You brought in 4 raptors for your customers to see and learn about. I thought was going well above and beyond the call of duty. It's nice to interact with people who are truly passionate about what they do. When I visit WBU I can feel that passion. Cheers, Patrick
