The staff are very knowledgeable and the representative was able to tell me what type of sunflower seed I should be using for my feeders. It is important to me because I want to ensure over the winter that our birds are eating the best seed to keep them healthy. The staff assisted me by helping to carry a 50lb bag of seed to my car. At the cash register I was asked if I was a club member and also confirmed my name and account. Wild Birds Unlimited is the only place to visit to receive up to date information and the best product for our wild friends! The staff are always professional and helpful. I had one staff member that had just started and was on her 2nd day. She was great and it seemed like she had worked for WBU for a longer period due to her knowledge. She was keen to learn and it was obvious that Kyle was helping to provide on the job training. Well done again WBU!

A very knowledgeable and friendly staff, always helpful

The store is very clean and easy to get around. The staff are knowledgeable about the products they carry as well as the different birds in our area. The staff are willing and always ask if I need assistance with my purchase. I will not need to go to the store for the next couple of months as I stocked up with lots of bird seed as winter has arrived. I will be buying more food as I need to.

Walking into this store is like walking into a place of peace and order and fun and nature and friendly people. In others words it's a rare and stress free place to go these days. What more can I say?
