The staff are knowledgeable, very friendly and always go that extra step to help out a customer. They offer good suggestions if you have a problem. You never feel that they are in a hurry to push you out of the store even when you just realized that the store is closing and they have birds to attend to (prior visit).

I’ve been coming to this store for years. I moved to Niagara Falls 2 years ago, but still come back (I have a condo here). Great merchandise and I know the seed selection is of the best quality. Overall, just a really great store. The sales over the last weeks have been great and I love the Wild Birds Unlimited calendar. Thank you, Evelyn Kennedy

I came in on costumer appreciation day and although the store was busy the staff still gave personalized service and did not rush. Store was clean and well stocked.

Fast, good service with friendly staff who know their products, lots of selection and inventory, good savings with DSC membership and a thank you gift, bird seed is a superb quality.

I always enjoy visiting Wild Birds Unlimited. On this visit I was very happy that the store had the item I was looking for in stock. I was informed about the Black Friday sale this week and I plan to visit the store to pick up a few things. Finally I enjoyed chatting to the staff as they are so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about birding.
