We were looking for a bird feeder that would frustrate squirrels. Store had a good assortment of feeders in various price ranges. Clerk was friendly, attentive but not intrusive, and knowledgeable.

Accessible with good parking. Merchandise spaced sufficiently to allow comfortable movement within the store. Staff recognised me.

In three sentences! When you enter through the front door of wild birds, you feel a immediate calmness. Any person who gets joy from bird feeding or watching will enjoy the quality and quantity of the many items to browse over. Finally, it doesn't hurt to have a friendly and knowing staff who look like they REALLY like their jobs.

After buying bird car supplies there for decades, I am absolutely confident in the staff's welcome, assistance, competence and willingness to go the extra mile. The store is a social spot for bird chats and information gathering, as well as getting supplies. What a fun destination!

Went in for help for a robin that had fallen out of his nest. I did not purchase anything that day but was given what was needed to help the robin.
