Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Take a genuine interest in birds, especially local ones. Help identify our backyard birds to us and track sightings on a board at the shop monthly. Great atmosphere in the store always.

I always find the staff and products excellent. Never any problems with access to either. I like the environment even if I am just visiting.

I knew what I wanted and you had it (as always) Kyle always has answers and usually additional interesting info. Other staff also know the products but I nearly always see Kyle. Sale prices and membership benefits!

The store provides friendly, knowledgeable staff, expert advice. There is a wide variety of merchandise, mostly, but not all related to birds. The remainder offers gift ideas and food temptations.

Very easy to browse...lots of very interesting products and the staffer was really friendly. I just wish there was a location closer to where I live (Niagara) - I would definitely shop more often!
