The staff know me by name, have thorough knowledge of all bird things and introduce new items to me that may interest me...and my birds.

The knowledge and the willingness of the lady that served me. The smile she had that made me feel welcome. The same lady helped me and my husband to buy a set of binoculars her patience and knowledge extremely admirable.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the products which I require are always available, the store offers a variety of interesting goods, and the staff always assist this senior citizen in carrying my 20 lb purchase to my vehicle.

store colleagues are always friendly and welcoming. Questions are answered with sufficient information for even the beginner bird-watcher. great selection of merchandise, across a broad spectrum.... seed, feeders, hangers, decorative items etc.

Always a pleasure to see the staff. Like that the feeders I've bought are guaranteed, so they will fix them if something goes wrong. They have wonderful products.
