Your staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. You always have an interesting variety of new products. I know that the guarantee is true because I have had so many things replaced or repaired over the years.

They have everything that I need. My finances are not the best, and I tried to buy Canadian Tire's version of No Mess, and it seemed to be more expensive, so I have returned. The staff members are great and they know their "stuff", even making suggestions for bird feeding (the last time was to tell me to put the oriole feeders back out in September for the migration south).

Service is amazing, never need to wait for a period of time, friendly staff, customers always seem happy when I go in to shop. Any questions I have have always been answered with absolute knowledge and willing to help educate me in area's that I'm uncertain about example type of bird, type of feed is good and why!. Truly enjoy going into the store as it is welcoming, and gives a relaxed feeling..
