I found the staff highly knowledgeable and able to direct me as to what I should be purchasing rather than the store just looking at making a profit by over selling to me

Given the current situation it was fine. We're all looking forward to being able to go inside the store and see other items that we might be interested in.

I enjoy dealing with Kyle. I order most of items on-line and if I have any questions I call the store and Kyle answers my questions. I must say I don't find the website as descriptive regarding the products and I do have to call to get verification.

The staff are always friendly and professional. I was having some issues with raccoons knocking down one of my feeders and they were able to suggest a solution that worked. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile to help.

I had a last minute need to replace my lower pole of my bird feeder (I bent it almost 90 degrees, when it saved me from a bad falling injury when the plastic chair I was standing on broke). Got it the next day
