Well, I don't visit the store but have my 4 bags of seeds delivered. I' 93 yrs young and it''s a great service.

I have always found the staff are knowledgable and helpful to me in comparing products. I like the attractive layout if the store, as well as the homey ambience. I value the assistance I receive from staff in problem-solving, including identifying the variables that may be discouraging birds from frequenting my feeders AND strategies to not attract rats to my feeders.

My husband and I came to choose a system for our backyard. The staff offered multiple options for concerns like raccoons/rats. They were also very willing to let us roam the store and to be hands on in putting together a pole system. They did not pressure us but were there every time we needed them. It was wonderful.
