Friendly staff, knowledgeable and great inventory

I have shopped at Wild Birds Unlimited in Gardiner, WA for much of the 13 years I have lived in WA. The quality of merchandise they carry can not be matched in this area and they always have something to meet the customer's needs. Online shopping is now available so that is a huge plus! They even deliver a minimum amount of an order when necessary. Everyone who has worked in the store in my experience, was always extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. Checking out is always quick and thorough, and someone is always available to help carry out your purchases. I would not hesitate to recommend Wild Birds Unlimited.

Staff knowledge of products and knowledge of area birds is excellent. I really appreciate the free delivery service...especially in bad weather. My 3 indoor only cats enjoy watching the birds and squirrels from the windows and staff has made many good suggestions for setting up feeders and bird baths to encourage a wide selection of birds to my gardens. I also enjoy the variety of bird books available and the nice selection of gift items because many of my friends also have the same interests.

Today was rainy and gloomy. I decided to to to Wild Birds to buy some sunflower chips for the smaller birds. I walked into the store and was instantly greeted by the store owner and her husband. Their two young cats were walking among customers and everyone was cheerful. Jessica rang up my purchase and Christi carried the bag of chips to the car in the rain. Going to this Wild Birds Unlimited is unlike any other store of its kind. This is definitely a good way to make a gloomy day shine.
