The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. When I describe birds I’m trying to attract or are attracting that they find just the right products for me and provide solutions (that work great!) to the backyard bullies like squirrels or Jays.

I was happy to find owl houses and so many unique items. The staff is enthusiastic and fun to talk to!!

There was good selection of merchandise to choose from - bird houses. Both staff we interacted with were knowledgeable and able to answer our questions.

Immediate staff greetings, offers of help, overall good service and a variety of excellent merchandise. Very knowledgeable.

Staff very friendly & helpful. I really enjoy browsing through the shop & not being bothered every minute by the staff. When I do have a question or interested in an item, the staff is always so helpful. It is also fun interacting with the staff. The friendliness of the store. Ease of getting personalized help. Quality of merchandise. We are new to coming to this store and we are going to become regulars.

People are helpful and make useful recommendations to any problems experiencing feeding the wildlife. Also the classes are interesting. I just attended the class on Mason Bees last weekend and it was great. As a result I bought supplies to start my own Mason Bee hatchery.

I'm a birder and love the inventory. Payed a lot for my Mason Bee stuff that that cost comes from Knox Bees. Love the people there, the cats, and the concern for the environment.
