The staff, and the product. Ive been going there for years. The bird food is the best, and the feeders ect. last a long time.

Every time I go there, the service is friendly. They are also knowledgable about products. I see lovely home decor too and bought a fountain not long ago.

Because of Covid 19, we ordered online and picked up in the parking lot. It was great. We just called and they brought our order out. I appreciate their willingness to work with us on this. Great!

Sales people always friendly and knowledgeable. Merchandise is quality and often very unique. I always find something to purchase but this may not always be such a good thing.

They have the things I want, in this case no-mess seed rings and suet. The birds love them, and I don't have to scrub up seed hulls off the patio! I also always enjoy being able to talk about "our" birds with the staff.
