I’m visually impaired. It’s difficult to read some of the packaging and ingredients and items. Knowledgeable polite courteous personality is important to me for these reasons and more. I don’t get out much so when I do I would like the experience to be a positive one especially over the phone when I don’t get out.

I have been purchasing our birding needs from this location for many years. We always enjoy our experience interfacing with those in the store. We will continue to purchase our birding needs at this location and continue to recommend it to others.

Been long standing shoppers and every time we go there you feel like family. They are always helpful if you have questions. And if they don't know the answer they'll find it.

As always, service is great. Friendliness is superior. And the fun just keeps on coming!

they made it possible for us to get our bird supplies even tho the store was closed due to the covid 19 restrictions. We called to let them know we were there they brought our things to the car. I love going to this store!

Coronavirus era...I called, store was open and had what I wanted. I went, but didn’t linger because of regulations. I will go back because I didn’t get to look at everything. Thanks so much for having the best!
