One staff person was very knowledgeable; the other seemed to be new, but personally checked out everything I asked her about, which I appreciated. Both were friendly and welcoming. My only suggestion is that when I left, there were quite a few people waiting behind the rope to enter the store in the hot sunshine. Someone needs to glance out there frequently to speed up the process of letting people inside to shop. Good job, everyone!

This crew is absolutely the best!!! They have the best products, and although a little pricey, worth it. Always eagerly carry my merchandise to my car. Love the smiles and friendly greetings. And I do miss Luther.

I have purchased here before and found my past purchases highly satisfactory, which is why I returned. I had a couple of questions about the habits of Stellar Jays and the store clerk was able to answer them. I love your stores dedication to native gardening and will return in the fall to purchase evergreen huckleberry plants.

Always have in stocks what I want. Staff are always cordial and knowledgeable. Store has a wide array of bird feeders, feed etc.
