Friendliness, knowledge, diversity of products, quality of products, pleasantness of parklike grounds, etc ad infinitum. It's definitely one of my favorite local places to shop.

We've been customers of Wild Birds for 20 years or more. We've always been treated like valued friends and customers. The quality of the product is exceptional and the staff is knowledgable.

This was my first visit to the store and I had just had surgery the week before. Therefore, I couldn't really browse, just came in for some necessities. I got some of what I needed, and the woman who assisted me (I apologize for not remembering her name) told me it would be no problem to deliver what wasn't immediately available. She even carried the cracked corn to the car for me. I look forward so very much to returning in a couple of weeks when I am more recovered to fully enjoy the entirety of the store's offerings. I would highly recommend this store!!

The staff was friendly, polite, knowledgable and helpful. I sasw a bird on the outside birdfeeder that I was not familiar with and she told me what it was.

The quality of the product is excellent. The employees are always friendly. They are also helpful with carrying heavy items. The store has beautiful merchandise.
