I like the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable. The store is fun to shop. So many cool things for birding!

They’re always very nice and cheerful and helpful, and sometimes I get to meet a doggy or a kitty too☺️ (Very important!) and check out the feeders outside the windows. Always first rate ⭐️!

Employees had knowledge of products and replaced damaged feeder part. Also helped with getting new parts for feeder stand.

I went to WBU specifically for a Shore Pine Tree and they had a selection to choose from. In addition, the staff either had direct knowledge regarding its care and eagerly looked up its information on the computer and read it aloud.

I have been shopping at this store since 2004. The staff always makes me feel welcomed and excited to see me. Love Christie, she has so much knowledge of birds, what they like to eat, etc. I love that they help the community with rescue of birds, they have the Raptor Center come to the store with their birds. Just love this store!

Jessica knows her feeds/seeds and her recommendations have always been right on.

A dedicated bunch of bird-nerds helping others to learn and enjoy bird watching. Stopping at the shop is ALWAYS a good experience. They keep the Covid protocols without complaint.
