The staff member who helped us was VERY friendly, knowledgeable and took care of each customer like they were the only ones in the store. And she was busy! So happy we stopped by!

Everybody (Stephanie and Jessica) total pros on the phone., Alex's delivery was putting 150 lbs. of bird feed at the front door. I do not feed the birds from the living room. Had to get a dolly and reload the seed to truck it 100' to my garage. Just an ounce of gray matter would not have put it where he did. Think the problem is fixed. I called Jessica and explained it to her. Asked her to give Alex the message. I'm sure it won't happen again. All in all I appreciate the whole staff, Marc and Christie... and eventually Alex for there expertise, advice and hard work. Couldn't feed the critters without you all! Thank you!!

WBU carries the highest quality of bird food, and the stores are well designed. The staff at the Gardiner store are extremely knowledgeable and the shopping experience is pleasant, especially if it is nice out and I can take time to walk through the native garden.

I wanted a gift card for a friend who shops there often because she cares for a lot of wild birds. I called ahead to make sure they were available, because I live nearly 1/2 hour away from the shop. I got a positive answer, and when I arrived at the store, I found four different designs of birds on the gift cards. I picked the hummingbird, because that is my friend's favorite bird. The transaction was simple and completed in quick time. I was in my care and on the way home, mission accomplished. I felt the store was clean and safe, and I felt comfortable going there.
