The friendly staff always call me by name making it feel like I am part of the family. Since I lost my husband, they have been most helpful and I love going there.

Consistant quality and availability of the products I buy, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and well organized, aesthetically pleasing store. I find it a relaxing and pleasant experience to be able to wander through the store and look at all the great items before actually selecting the items I came for and checking out. I try to allow time to visit briefly every time I make the drive from Pt. Townsend area to Sequim. I'll be glad when the kitties can come back to the store, and the wild raptors can occasionally visit.

Wild Birds always has a wonderful variety of seeds & accessories for feeding my feathered friends. Everyone is cheerful, helpful & knowledgeable which makes this store fun to shop at.

The people who run this shop are always knowledgeable and helpful (carrying the birdfood to the car, too!). I love browsing the shop and have purchased incidentals there. On this occasion, I purchased a few masks and am considering an item for Mother's Day. It is always clean and well-stocked.
