When we purchased the bird bath in August 2020, we discovered the top was cracked. Christie went above and beyond to get us a replacement top. Even though it took a few months to get the replacement and with a few hiccups along the way, Christie stayed on top of obtaining a replacement top. After it came in, Christie's husband delivered the top and was kind enough to place it on the pedestal for me despite dealing with snow and a sloping yard. I would highly recommend the Wild Birds Unlimited shop on 101 in Gardiner, WA.

Whenever I go inter my WB store I am greeted by name. The staff always helps me with my selection (collecting items and holding them at the checkout desk) Makes sure that I get the best deal for what I'm shopping for. If an item is out of stock they let me know when it'll be in and offer to have it delivered. I can go in and ask questions about birds I've seen in my yard and they help me with identification. I love my WB store and the staff are now my friends.

They taught me about the hot pepper hummingbird seed months ago and I’ve been buying it ever since and have told others.

Staff very friendly has everything I am looking for to attract and feed the birds, as well as photograph them. It's close and I just like going there! Enjoy everything about the store every time I walk in. There just down right friendly that keeps me coming back time after time again!

Easy online shopping with great choices. Received my order at my door in a short period of time!! Snowing today, just filled all my feeders that were half full yesterday. My little friend’s thank you, as do I !!
