Really love this store! The regular employees and owners are so awesome and always friendly. I do have to mention when the owners were gone recently for a well deserved vacation, the people who helped at the store were not as good. Not as friendly but you can’t be the regular crew! You should be heard smiling over the phone and not like it’s a bother.

They had the items I drove 45 miles to get, and a few more I wasn’t expecting to get as well.

I love going to the Gardiner WBU store! All of the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, the store is well laid out and always has what I need, plus items I didn't realize I needed until I saw them! I tell everyone about WBU and recommend them for solving problems people often have with feeding wildlife.

Knowledgeable, courteous, excellent products

The couple that served us was delightful, knew exactly what we needed, sold us a fine product, a hummingbird feeder, and the hummingbirds love it. It was a perfect experience!

This Wild Birds store in Gardiner WA has been with the same couple owners for many years. They are very caring people; friendly and professional. The store is always immaculate and the selection and quality of the merchandise is "Top Shelf"! I went into the store on this day to get a bag of Finch Food as I had run out. I had no trouble with the purchase, everything went smoothly. I only wish I could afford to buy much more from this store. They take online orders which can either be picked up or delivered with a small minimum required. All of the staff are knowledgeable, very helpful and professional. I buy all of my bird food from WBU as it is the best fresh food around and there are many choices. I know that what I feed the birds is good food.

Nice variety of products for a range of ages and expertise in birding. Local artists' items and books relating to the local area are available along with more widely sold products. I appreciate the comfortable, open layout of the store and adherence to Covid-safe practices. Lovely garden out back with water feature and active bird feeding stations made it an enjoyable visit for me and my pre-teen granddaughter.
