The staff and the manager always go out of their way to help you. Kristy is ordering a part that i needed for a feeder to save me from having to buy a whole new feeder (which is on back order anyway).

I’ve been shopping at this store for 18 years and they are always helpful and friendly.

The folks I talked with (there were two calls) knew what I had purchased previously, handled the current order efficiently, told me when my product would be delivered and it arrived on the day they said it would. What more could I ask for?!?!

I was impressed by a neighbors large fancy bird bath especially outfitted for hummingbirds. I showed the owner the small sized bird bath I wanted a fountain for. Christie sold me a leafed shaped floating fountain that is just perfect. I am so happy.

Easy to get all i wanted, good discounts, good help

I was dissatisfied with the meal worm mix came in only a smaller bag. But I just bought two so it was not a real big deal.
