I have shopped at WBU since it opened on 62nd and Keystone in Indianapolis. I even worked at a WBU in FL (now out of business). All products are highly satisfying.

I have been a customer at this store for about 4 years (since I moved to Sequim). Their customer service and knowledge of feeding various bird species and merchandise options has consistently been fantastic! The availability of diverse options in feeders and bird seed & suet has pleased me a lot. I also appreciate an employee helping me assemble a tube-shaped seed feeder when the feeder instructions baffles me. Her tips during that visit have supported me in reassembly ever since.

Aways get good friendly service there and love looking at the great thingsi to choose from.

We usually stay in Sequim in November, visiting from Alaska. Always have to stop in to your fun, friendly store with such high quality merchandise along with the abundant avian information and supplies. Love the Christmas birdseed wreaths and always take a few back home for gifts. Thank you!
