As always, the staff was friendly and helpful. I drive 45 minutes one way just to visit this particular location.

Merchandise had been moved from it's previous location. Staff noticed the look on my face and asked if they could help me find something. Walked me over to the new location. Also let me know that they were unloading a new shipment of bird baths if I was interested. Always offer to carry out heavy bags for this old lady.

As you can tell from my answers, everyone is friendly and helpful. Love the range and quality of the products. Have been a birder for over 60 years. Being able to get quality, safe food for our year-round feeders in the yard is important to us. Thanks for all you do.

Jessica and owners are wonderful. I had purchased some suet that our spoiled birds would not eat. I was able to exchange the unopened suet for different suet they love. I also bought a great hat with an embroidered raccoon for a birthday present.
