First, I love the products. They are high quality and the birds love them. I live quite far from the store and usually call in my order, but decided to try online since I knew what I wanted and didn't need to ask any questions. I appreciated the ease of ordering online and I also really liked that my Daily Savings Club discount was automatically applied. My order arrived quickly, the shipping cost was reasonable, the order was well packed and in good condition when it arrived.

The staff are always friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. The merchandise is high quality and interesting. It is always a "fun trip" to drive out and shop there.
