The website is easy to navigate and placing an order was a breeze. The orders are almost always ready same day (depending on time order was placed). We've used curbside pickup and in-store pickup and service has been excellent. Staff are helpful, friendly, considerate of us older customers.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping at the Gardiner WBU. Christy and her staff are always welcoming, engaging and helpful. I have never been disappointed. This visit was to pick up supplies and to ask about a problem I was having with Vortex binoculars i had purchased there a few years back. Christy quickly assessed that the issue was not something WBU could address. So she printed off the form I would need to send the binocs to Vortex, gave lots of good advice and information about the process and even gave me some bubble wrap to protect the binocs while shipping. I am a devoted customer of WBU,

Wild birds always has the feed that I need in stock. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. And I always enjoy seeing all the wonderful accersories available, especially some of the beautiful, handcrafted pieces.

Always has what we want in stock, friendly service and quick check out. Rewards are nice also.
