I was extremely impressed with the variety and quality of the merchandise and the cleanliness and well layed out store! The staff were also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I can't wait to visit again.

I am always highly satisfied when I shop at WBU! The owners and staff are always helpful and friendly, and they go above and beyond to make the shopping experience a good one. The merchandise is always thoughtfully selected, and the store is always a welcoming place. Additionally, the store is a hub for local nature related local activities and education. The garden in back of the store is a lovely oasis of flowering trees, and meandering walkways. WBU is one of my two top places to shop on the Olympic Peninsula!

The flicker is now living in its new house! It saved our siding and chimney corner from the bird going through the joist 2 x 4! Could arrive just in time for my worker to install. Thank you for your fast excellent service. Do you need more bird houses? Maybe we could supply you some to sell in your store at a lower price? It’s rare I would pay for anything in my yard over 100, but I was so glad to have it. I’m 100% happy. Thank you again.

I have shopping at WBU for the past several years. As a result, the birds in my garden seem to be happy and well fed. In addition, I have made friends with the owners and staff at this store. Therefore, I intend to continue shopping at this WBU.

Having tried a different brand of bird seed and being disappointed that the birds were not interested I will always return for bird seed even it’s a distance for me to drive.

I love visiting the store. I learn something about birds every time I visit. The staff are so friendly, it's like visiting friends every time I shop.
