It is always a pleasant experience visiting this shop. We frequently find what we need (out of stock once in a while due to popularity of products) and often find something unique and unexpected to add to our purchase. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The overall staff experience has improved a great deal this year. I have found the employees knowledgeable and attentive. I did not feel that way last year. Much better.
