The selections are so beautiful but usually beyond my price range.

Christie wore a mask. Great!! Her assistant did not and I felt very uncomfortable with her assistance. I am not ready for unmasked service.

Gentlemen was following me so closely in store that it made feel like he thought I was going to try to steal or something.

Mostly the prices; seems pretty expensive compared to other places I've shopped. Other than that I love the store, and the employees are great!

I feel the price of the hot pepper seed is too high. I am on a limited income and enjoy the birds, but not the mice. The hot pepper seed does tend to repel the rodents.

Cost of merchandise

The store is an hour away from my home, so it took me a long time to get there. Also I got there after business hours, and had to search for the secure area in which the nice staff had told me to find my order. The store, staff, and products are all wonderful. It just had to do with the logistics of picking up my order.

I was looking for a battery operated hummingbird feeder and did not find one.
