The staff knows what is popular with the birds.

I was impressed with the merchandise, while I was looking for something in particular I was astonished by the different bird feeders, foods and as well the different cards and attractive bird themed items. I will definitely shop there again.

Problems finding me in computer.

Not store's fault, but size of hummingbird feeder we were after (16 oz) is no longer available so we purchased a 12 oz feeder.

The last two times I shopped at the store both clerks/cashiers have not been the most friendly. They have seemed distracted and ready to move on from my sale to doing whatever they were doing before I arrived. There was no one else in the store... SAD !! The young girls that work there are great....where are they?

Unhappy that my membership in Billings Montana store does not extend to membership prices in other Birds Unlimited stores.

It's a personal thing. I have allergies to pet dander, so noticed a problem with that immediately, even with my mask on. I was browsing for gift items, so took longer. I will plan on doing and in/out next time w/o spending too long in the store.

I knew exactly what I needed and found it immediately. The check-out was speedy. Then I spent a b it more time looking in the other room to see all the changes since I had been there months before. It is always a pleasure to go to Wild Birds Unlimited!
