I'm new to the bird world. The staff was very helpful and patient with me. I wanted to get started with a bird feeder and they addressed all my needs and concerns (mess on the ground, etc). They advised me on new items that would be coming to the store soon. They were just so friendly and relaxed, I felt like I was with friends.

Prices are getting higher all the time

High prices make me shop for an item elsewhere at first, these items can be found in quite a few places in this post pandemic era

I think I was mostly highly satisfied. It's a great store, and I KNOW the products are higher quality than high volume stores, I just think the prices are kinda high!

Costs are pretty high. Dogs are a bit of a challenge. Staff is great.

Prices have increased more than my limited income has! And now you have to buy a bag or bring one with you , and for the prices of the products I think it stinks!

No finch seed mix

The contamination of the no mess feed still bothers me. My storage bin is alive with larva and webbing. The feed is not granules but in clumps because of the webbing. I have to scrub out the tubes each time I refill them. Once I have finished the feed I have, I will go to another store for bird feed. I was given a moth strip from the owner the last time I was in the store, but I have no intention of waiting for the larva to hatch into moths. I know this is not your fault, but you are selling the feed. Until this is corrected with your supplier, I will get simple bird feed somewhere else. I don't like doing this because you have been a great place to shop but this problem needs to be addressed.
