Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is nicely laid out and attractively so. I enjoy the additional merchandise beyond the basics, of which there is always plenty! We’ve been customers for mire than a decade and have never been less than 100% satisfied. And Christie has endured my endless questions about bird habits cheerfully!

This store is always very clean and well organized. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of WBU product is outstanding, making waste almost none. My feathered friends love it. They are always friendly, greeting me by name. They help carry purchases to the car. I once had a medical emergency there and they were very kind and efficient and helpful. They never push me to buy anything, but make everything I might need easily available. They are just great in every way.

Wonderful customer service. Top of the line products. Store hours are very accommodating. Location is perfect. And local offerings of different societies at the store and classes for different things, like "mason bees". My favorite store.

We have only good to say about this store. The staff has always been very helpful with all of our needs. They have a very nice store which is always comfortable even when there are other customers. We only have to wait to get checked out when the store is busy, but even then the wait is not unreasonable!!
