I wanted a new hummingbird feeder that's just like my previous Wild Birds Unlimited one. There were several of them to choose from; even a purple one. The lady in the store was very attentive and told me that my hummingbird feeder is guaranteed for (a long time). Too bad I didn't know that before i threw the old one away, its plastic nodule that held the metal arm broke off so it couldn't be hung up. I kept it for a long time-until we moved and threw such stuff out. The counter had a display of little single-serve hand-held feeders. I'm excited to have it when it's freezing out for our Anna's who overwinter.

The staff makes us feel like family. They always have what we need and we like the fact that they also support local artists.

The staff had called to informed me a scarab necklace, in which I was interested, had been delivered to the store by the artist. I purchased it in a timely manner the following day.

It's like going to that bar on TV, cheers. Every one knows your name. The staff is awesome, friendly and a wealth of information.

This is one of my very favorite stores on the Olympic Peninsula. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The store has a wonderful inventory.
